Member Business
Member Table Registration - no cost - limited to two per primary business category. Registration is not a guarantee of a table. All registrations will be reviewed and those who registered earliest and within the business category limitations will be notified by 2/1/19. Please put your name on the wait list even if registration limit has been reached. Exhibitors agree to bring 10 guests and a door prize.
Member Non-Profit
HGBA member non-profit organizations may exhibit. Four table spaces have been reserved for this registration type. Please register even if you are to be placed on a wait list, in the event of cancellations you will have an opportunity to exhibit.
Member Sponsor – $250.00
Sponsors must be member businesses. Sponsors will be guaranteed an exhibit table and receive recognition on HGBA event emails, social media, app and website. Once registered you will be contacted for logo and other information

HGBA MEMBER MARKETPLACE - EXHIBITOR SIGN UP

In a continuing effort to find new and creative ways to promote HGBA member businesses, HGBA will host its first annual MEMBER BUSINESS EXPO on March 24th. Only HGBA Members will be able to exhibit. This event is expected to draw hundreds of public attendees. HGBA will be promoting the event well in advance to the public through the HGBA App, social media and other advertising venues. Entertainment and prizes will be used to attract attendees. SPACE IS LIMITED and subject to limitations. If you wish to exhibit please register here before 1/18/19 and preferably as soon as possible.

Limitations

There is no cost to HGBA members to exhibit, but space is limited, offered first come first serve, with the following limitations. Please read carefully:

1) Exhibitors must agree to bring at least 10 attendees to the event

2) Exhibitors must agree to donate a door prize.

3) Spaces are reserved as follows: 4 non-profit, 4 sponsor, 12 additional business members.

4) Exhibitor registrations are limited to a maximum of two within a primary business category. For example, a maximum of two realtors or two insurance agencies or restaurants will be chosen on a first come, first serve basis. (Note: Sponsors will be given first priority.)

5) No HGBA Board members will be able to register unless tables remain available.

Members who register will receive notice that they were selected no later than Feb. 1 2019. Final instructions about set-up and other details will be provided at that time.

Sponsors

Member businesses who wish to receive extra recognition may be sponsors for this event. Sponsorships are $250 and sponsors will receive recognition on all communications, signage, and recognition at the event. Sponsors are guaranteed a table.
